The Natadola Bay Resort project was initiated and developed by Euro Asia Management in Fiji Islands over an area of 300 hectares with a world-renowned white sandy beach. The project preliminaries were performed from 1995 to 2004 including the negotiation and acquisition of lands with the Fiji natives.

Euro Asia Management organised the funding and all negotiations with consultants and operators and performed the phase 1 (2004-2007) of the Natadola project including the development of a 270-room resort hotel with Inter Continental Hotels & Resorts and the Championship 18-Hole Golf Course designed by the world-renowned PGA champion, Vijay Singh.

A HMD development in partnership with Team Module of a dive resort in Raja Ampat known by the diving world as simply the best destination for diving.

Our mission under the Turn-Key contract included the end-to-end service of design, fabrication, logistics and transport direct from Surabaya to Raja Ampat, including installation on-site at Waisai Marina.

Euro Asia Hotel Contract (EAHC) was committed to deliver a full service, turn-key contract for the Four Seasons Bora Bora (French Polynesia) including design and fabrication of FF&E and fit out for the indoor and outdoor furniture for guest rooms and public areas including built-in cabinets, wall paneling and decorative art.

EAHC was also responsible for the logistics from the Indonesia factories to the Four Seasons Bora Bora and the installation on-site.

The first large project initiated and led by Euro Asia Management in Indonesia was to produce a new National Tourism Development Master Plan for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Euro Asia Management negotiated the funding of the project directly with the French Government, which allocated a grant to Indonesia.

Euro Asia Management was awarded by the International Labour Organisation (“ILO”) from Geneva to perform the East Indonesia Tourism Development Plan (2009-10) for the Provincial Government.

Euro Asia Management Group was mandated to prepare an innovative, vacation and leisure destination master plan and feasibility study in Uluwatu, Bali.
