HMD – Hospitality Modular Development

Hospitality Modular Development(“HMD”) was founded by EuroAsia in 2014 with the objective of creating a specialised platform in the design and engineering of smart and sustainable modular construction solutions as alternative technologies to the traditional construction method and, in particular, for the hospitality and leisure industry.

There are several options and adaptations of smart modular sustainability solutions that should be considered, especially given the geographic environment, type of project, weather, accessibility and long term project goals. Strict factory quality control is of the utmost importance with solutions including:

Modular frames made with a steel structure
Modular frames made with concrete (PPVC)
Prefabricated timber structures, mass engineered timber (MET)
