Euro Asia Management Group was mandated to prepare an innovative, vacation and leisure destination master plan and feasibility study in Uluwatu, Bali.
The concept prepared by Euro Asia Management Group with the participation of DGA Paris will be developed on a 2.5-hectare seafront cliff surrounded by the most famous white, sandy beaches of Uluwatu, Padang Padang and Yang Yang.
Its proximity to Uluwatu and its strategic location will offer a panoramic sea view for all villas with sunrise and sunset view. Cakrawala Residence’ guests will enjoy a family experience in a village atmosphere inspired by Balinese culture and tradition, while combining some of the best hospitality standards and services.
This 150 room vacation resort will offer a car free, leisure environment with integrated amenities such as Spa and Wellness Center, Kids Club, water game island pool, chilling pool, suspended restaurant, bar lounge and wedding facilities.
